Charles Franklin Garcia Webster was born July 24th, 1875 in Mackay, Australia the first child of Charles Webster & Julia Garcia.

Charles, known as Frank, was appointed house surgeon at the Melbourne Eye & Ear Hospital.
Charles married Margaret Beatrice Thompson on May 11th, 1904 in Sydney, Australia.
They moved to Wellington, New Zealand where Charles was a doctor. Here he built up a large practice & for many years was senior honorary surgeon at Wellington Hospital.
Charles died at 27 Hobson St, Wellington, on July 16th, 1925 & his funeral was attended by the newly-elected Prime Minister of New Zealand & practically all the members of the medical profession in Wellington. Charles was buried at Karori Cemetery.
Margaret died on February 17th, 1940.
